Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

If you have ordered a garment and need to cancel your order, please contact kate@sweetviolet.co immediately. All cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Garments may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is deducted from your refund at the time of processing.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to make sure the garment is insured for the full value, as no refunds can be given if we do not receive the item.

Garments should be in brand new and unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. We cannot authorize returns for a garment with any signs of wear.

To start a return, email kate@sweetviolet.co so we can look up your order and authorize the return. Items returned without prior contact or outside the return window will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, please be aware that your new item will need to be made and will take the standard 4-6 weeks production time.
